Wow what a very nice voice he has, When you hear his voice is just like a bedroom voice he he he. Well this man a very talented. A side from being a good singer on his own way. he also an artist yes! an artist. Every occasion he did a lot of design from birthday, wedding, xmas, new year etc. We are not just close as what other friend you can see together in bar or hanging around. But during Feb 23 he didn't forget to invite me to go on his especial day.

Ehroll Peredo The pride of Bulacan

First i saw him in Ariola Bldg., Where both tenants last 2006 we move because of the Power is On and Off so I decided to look another room. Then after that, we only just communicate by text. Ehroll is happily married with his 2 kids. He also versatile basketball player here in Saipan and working at Ocean View Hotel. He joined last year Island Hunk 2007- better lucks next time. He is a very good guy everybody his friend. I'm still looking forward for bonding with him.

This is a silent type but very naughty when you close to him especially when you talk in a bottle of beer. He was my co worker since 2005 at Hyatt Regency Saipan and happened to be my friend. He was taken by a very understanding sweet Val also my friend. Juan raised in Pampanga. Born on the 3rd day of Feb.

Allen is my friend, He is quiet type of guy. Still single. Very gorgeous guy. I remember when my friend need someone to entertain because her friend getting married we invite allen with his friend ian for show in Tagaytay. Very professional nothing ego. I miss this guy so much.

A friend of mine

Friend...friend is general you can put a lot of word after a friend. Where do you think can find a friend in bar, street, schoolmates, officemates, acquired from other friend or just met somewhere out there. Friend is a hard to find in this world and is true, can't find someone to be really and good friend. Friendship has time of limit, must come to and end, it will not forever as what other claimed. We need to value and treasure friendship if we want it forever, Don't junk it but keep it up.

This shot was taken last Feb 23, 2008. at the 13 fishermen. Birthday of my friend Jerson. Was a good day for us because here in Saipan you can enjoy your self by attending party just go on the bar and relax. But the first and foremost is work before anything. By the way these guys working in Hyatt Regency Saipan.

Working attitude

Well this is true in every istablishment working attitude not eliminate inside the company especially in time of busy, don't know why maybe luck of seminars and training for employee or its really built in inside the character on the employee. Harmoneous relationship among employees will not grow because of the attitude. How to avoid this attitude? Actually it will affect the whole of operation if every department had one employee like this. So the best possible solution to avoid and employees should always come in the company with the smile. Here some tips or advise. (This is only on my opinion).

1. Greetings! Good Morning with smile (Make it habit)
2. Employees attend training or seminars.
3. Give recognitions or appreciations
4. Motivation among employees.
